You will schedule your first appointment and meet your new wellness coach. You will meet virtually on the Blue Sky MD app to discuss goals, behaviors, and work together to create an attainable step-by-step path to success.

You’ll be shown how to use your app to journal food intake, create recipes, and monitor activity levels.

MONTH 1:

You will be noticing results and meeting regularly with your wellness coach to make adjustments and receive support on your path to success.
